A Review of My Favorite Line of Fragrances, By Ledda

Oh hi! If you are a fragrance lover like myself I am here to turn you on to a fragrance brand you might not have heard of. Today I am talking all about Ledda. Why only discuss one brand you might ask? Well, simply because there are 5 fragrances in the brand so far and each one is amazing. This is a small company owned by Stephanie Ledda, a Youtube/Instagram beauty Content Creator. I have followed her content for years. She would share fragrance videos and I always loved every fragrance she talked about. So when she announced she was launching her own brand, I knew she was going to create the most beautiful scents and naturally I had to try them. And they are the best! I have tried each fragrance so I felt it was time to share my review of each one. So let’s get into it!

Fragrance Notes/My Review

22 Orris

Top: Pear Leaf, Pink Pepper, Wild Freesia

Mid: Sheer Jasmine, Lily of the Valley, Iris Butter

Dry: Sandalwood, Marshmallow Musks, Touch of Moss

This is signature scent worthy. It’s such a beautiful blend of light florals and a creamy musk. It dries down to a light powdery soft butter and is a scent you could wear all year round. This is my most worn scent. The definition of elegance and femininity.

18 Vanilla Nera

Top: Sparkling Bergamot, Ginger Nigeria SFE, Pink Pepper SFE

Mid: Olibanum Resins, Green Cardamom, White Floral Bouquet

Dry: Vanilla Tahitensis SFE, Patchouli Indonesia, Whipped Musks

One of my top fragrances from this line. This is not your typical vanilla scent. It is mature, sultry, sophisticated. She has spice and spirit. This is my go to fall/winter scent. It just feels warm, comforting and gorgeous. If you love a vanilla scent, you have to try this. I adore vanilla and this one is so unique.

20 Bourbon Brûlée

Top: Italian Bergamot, Black Plum, Brazilian Tonka Bean

Mid: Cypriol Root, Coconut Milk, Whiskey Accord, Heliotrope

Dry: Caramel, Vanilla Bourbon, Amberwood, White Musk, American Cedar

This scent is decadent, gourmand, rich! A delicious scent for the colder months. Imagine you are in a cabin, its snowing, there’s a fire crackling and you’re sipping hot cocoa, maybe whiskey and your sweater smells like heaven. This scent reminds me of a winter vacation to Breckenridge CO.

14 Isla Coco

Top: Juicy Lemon, Calamansi NaturePrint®, Sweet Mandarin

Mid: Ylang Ylang, Fig Leaves, Jasmine Sambac

Dry: Upcycled Cedarwood, Coconut Milk, Black Tea

This has been my go to scent this Summer. It’s just has the perfect mix of citrus and Jasmine but calmed down with the coconut milk. All you need this Summer is a good SPF and Isla Coco. This is my favorite fragrance to spray in my hair too.

16 Scenic Rose

Top: Pink Pepper, Matcha Green Tea Latte, Strawberry

Mid: Pear Blossom, Rose

Dry: White Woods, Musk, Amber, Vanilla

This is Ledda’s new release and wow, just wow. I was hesitant to purchase this cause I am not a rose fan. But the Strawberry, Amber and Vanilla sold me. The rose is very subtle in this fragrance. It is there but very soft, behind the scenes if you will. I would wear this all year long like 22 Orris, but I think it’s ideal for Spring and Summer. It is the perfect juicy, fruity scent without being childish.

I am not paid by Ledda to write any of this, I just genuinely love this brand, the fragrances and supporting a small woman owned business and content creator I enjoy watching. It is rare for me, if ever, to love each scent a brand brings out, so I wanted to share these gems with you all. And I truly love each one. I think these make exceptional gifts for the ladies in your life. Ledda also has travel size options too if you want to try a smaller size first before you commit, but trust me, you will fall in love. I cannot wait to see what future fragrances come from this brand. And I hope you try it.

XO,

Charlene
